What’s Coming in Phase Two

Expanded Recreational Facilities:

We will be enhancing our community spaces with new picnic areas and additional green spaces for gatherings and relaxation.

Indoor Pool: A brand-new indoor pool will be available for our guests, providing a perfect spot for year-round swimming and relaxation, regardless of the weather outside.
Pickleball Courts: We are adding pickleball courts to our list of amenities, offering guests a fun and engaging way to stay active during their stay.
Indoor/Outdoor Community Building with Kitchen and BBQ: Our new community building will feature both indoor and outdoor spaces, complete with a kitchen and BBQ facilities, making it an ideal spot for social gatherings, events, and family meals.
Playground: For our younger guests, we are excited to introduce a new playground, ensuring they have a safe and fun place to play and make new friends.
Additional RV Sites: Phase Two will add more RV sites to accommodate our growing community, ensuring more guests can experience the comfort and convenience of Legacy RV Resort.
